Service & logistics

Delivery & installation of your mobile home

We support you from arranging transport through to installation, according to the terms set out in your quote. For tiny houses, delivery and installation are included within mainland France. For containers, garages and outdoor kitchens, delivery is available as an option or on quotation. Corsica and other countries are handled on quotation.

What we arrange

Depending on the chosen model and your quote, MKA Habitat can arrange delivery of your tiny house, habitable cabin, garage or prefabricated module to the agreed location. We coordinate the logistics with our partners to offer you a clear solution tailored to your project.

The delivery stages

1

Address and access check

Checking the delivery site, access width, gate, slope, obstacles, power lines, trees, bends and manoeuvring area.

2

Transport arrangements

Transport from the supplier or arrival point to the customer’s site.

3

Site preparation

The site must be ready before delivery: foundations, slab, pads, level area and passable access.

4

Unloading and installation

Depending on the product, installation may require lifting equipment, a forklift, a crane or a specialist contractor.

5

Product handover

Visual inspection with the customer, any reservations noted, photos and sign-off on receipt.
